By using mjbookishtravel.com or working with Holly Nave / MJ Bookish Travels to plan travel, you agree to these terms. MJ Bookish Travels is a DBA of The Bound Legacy Group Inc. (Oklahoma C-Corp) and an independent affiliate of Outside Agents, Seller of Travel FST No. ST15578, CST No. 2090937-50.
We provide travel planning, itinerary design, and booking assistance, with particular attention to sensory-friendly and accessible travel. Bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and tours are placed through Outside Agents and the relevant suppliers, whose own terms, fares, and availability govern the trip itself.
Custom itinerary requests are subject to a $199 Trip Planning Fee, which covers the research, sensory-needs vetting, and supplier coordination involved in building your itinerary. The fee is due when we begin custom planning work and is credited in full toward your trip once you book with us. Because the fee compensates for planning time and expertise already provided, it is not refundable if you ultimately decide not to book.
Travel prices, availability, and terms are set by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators, not by MJ Bookish Travels, and can change without notice until a booking is confirmed. We never mark up the price of your trip — you pay the same price you would booking direct.
The Trip Planning Fee is arranged directly with Holly. Payments for your actual travel booking are processed through Outside Agents' or the supplier's own secure payment systems.
Cancellation and refund policies for flights, hotels, cruises, and tours are set by the supplier, not by MJ Bookish Travels. We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip, and we're happy to help you understand your options before you book.
We work hard to plan trips that go smoothly, but we can't guarantee the performance of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other third parties, or that prices and availability will remain unchanged until you book.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJ Bookish Travels and The Bound Legacy Group Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your travel or use of this site.
