Do you charge a planning fee?

Yes — a $199 Trip Planning Fee applies when I build a custom itinerary for you, credited in full toward your trip once you book with me. This fee reflects the research, sensory-needs vetting, and supplier coordination that goes into every itinerary, whether or not it's ultimately booked. Your trip itself is always priced the same as booking direct — I'm paid by the supplier through commission, not by marking up your trip.

What kinds of trips do you book?

Everything from international family vacations and honeymoons to multigenerational group trips, river cruises, and solo adventures. Our specialty is sensory-friendly and inclusive travel, but we plan for all travel styles and destinations.

What if I have a family member with special needs?

That's exactly who we're built for. Holly holds CATA certification and is pursuing CATP credentials. Share your family's needs in the form — nothing is too specific. The more we know, the better we can plan.

How quickly will Holly respond?

Can you book cruises?

Yes — and it's one of our specialties. Holly is trained on sensory accommodations across all major cruise lines and can match your family's specific needs to the right ship, cabin, and itinerary.

Do you work with all budgets?

Yes. While we specialize in bespoke, thoughtful travel, "bespoke" doesn't always mean expensive. We work with your budget to create the best possible experience at every price point.
